La Habana
La Habana - the buffet restaurant
- a large selection of cheeses and deli meats
- a freezer with ice cream with dishes or cones, sprinkles and syrups as toppings
- a large selection of deserts
- a blender station which makes fresh drinks plus a hot pan with pineapple and crepes cooking in a sweet syrup
La Habana is the buffet restaurant at Melia Varadero. This photo shows the serving area in the centre of the seating area. Along the 4 sides of this area you will find:

The hot food serving stations and excellents breads are in a separate room along the left side of the dining room.
Fuerteventura
The Fuerteventura restaurant is the international fine dining a la carte restaurant. Reservations are required. It is open from 18:30 - 22:00. It is the most elegant of the Melia restaurants. Lobster is one item on their menu.
Trinidad Ranchon Restaurant
The Trinidad restaurant is located just east of the pools beside the walkway that leads to the beach. Tables near a window have wonderful sea views. Lunch which features BBQ specialties is served from12:30pm to 4:00pm. Dinner is traditional Cuban cuisine and is served from 6:30pm to 10:00pm.
Las Reses Steak House
Las Reses is a steak house with fast food and snacks. Dinner is served from 6.30pm to 10pm. It can seat 50 people.
Las Reses has a table service inside as well as on its magnificent terrace with views of the beach. It is located in the gardens on the east side of the hotel.
Guantanamera
The Guantanamera is the 24 hour snack bar. It serves hotdogs, hamburgs, sandwiches, pizzas, coffee, ice cream, milkshakes etc. It has both an indoor and an outdoor section.

Las Brazas
Las Brazas is an a la carte reataurant that is located between the pool and the hotel.
At lunch (12:00 - 16:00) it serves paellas. In the evening (19:00 - 23:59) it serves barbequed food.
