At the left is the coastal road going west. The building close to the road is the buffet restaurant. In the foreground are the newer hotel rooms. The older bungalows are mostly hidden by trees. The red roof just to the left of the beach is part of the lobby and lobby bar most of which is also hidden by trees. The thatched roof in the upper right is the disco. The pool bar, a la carte restaurant and the pool are just in front of the disco.
Of the two "international" resorts, Villas Jibacoa is the older. Being older it has more lush vegetation, a rectangular, deeper pool instead of the freeform pools found in newer resorts, and a rather quaint style of "bungalows".
Below are two YouTube videos of Villas Jibacoa.
The first one is basically a series of photos that have been turned into a video. It begins at the airport showing a typical bus that takes you to your resort.
The second video has 4 parts.
